Link documentation
Link gives people a choice of how their bank accounts connect to the software they use, and gives developers one integration across several ways of connecting.
Every connection goes through one of these routes:
- Link Direct. Link’s own connection, through the bank’s own production APIs, the ones its app and online banking use.
- A third-party provider: Plaid, Stripe Financial Connections, Teller or GoCardless Bank Account Data, where it covers the bank.
The person connecting always sees which route is in use, what data it shares, and how their credentials are handled.
